Where Can I Get It?

If you have lost access to your previous device used to set up Multi-Factor Authentication, purchased a new phone, or changed your number. You must call Herkimer College IT Help Desk at (315) 574-4021 to securely verify your identity and prompt you to re-register for Multi-Factor Authentication once you sign in next time.
