Name Tag Request

What Is It?

Name tag orders are placed by the Public Relations Office at the beginning of each semester. Name tags are intended for employees to wear when representing the college at public events.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Full-time faculty and professional/administrative staff are eligible to request and name tags. Head coaches and athletic administrators are eligible to request Herkimer Generals name tags. For any requests that do not follow these guidelines, please contact the Director of Public Relations directly

Where Can I Get It?

Click on Request Service on this page. Be sure to include your name, department, which logo, and which style name tag (pin or magnetic).
